Our Path to Chorus Improvement Part 1

In January Rob Macdonald, representing Adrian and the Music Team, presented a proposed '2024 AR Development Project' to the Board.  The Board approved the plan enthusiastically. 

The purpose of the project is to continue to focus on improving the chorus in 2024, building on the progress  made to date.  The 'Project' plan outlined repertoire plans, looked at 'Riser Ready' philosophy and requirements and outlined a plan involving coaching going forward to take us through our spring show, our May Division III event and to District Contest in October and beyond.  It focused on music and performance and laid out a plan to improve the chorus in all aspects of both.  

This is the first part of that 'Project' and it will be followed up in the coming weeks with Part 2 (Riser-Ready) and Part 3 (Coaching).  It is important that all of our members and candidates understand where the chorus is going and embrace the plan as a roadmap to Acappella Road continuing to grow and develop as a musical emsemble.
